How would you rate Survey Junkie?
Why am I being told to wait a few hours for surveys? Additionally, I attempted to cash out but received a message stating that I am unable to do so. Is there a contact number I can call for assistance?
“This is a scam, and nobody has ever received any payment. I apologize for the inconvenience.”

Did anyone receive a phone call after contacting customer support multiple times? I am unable to cash out as I was instructed to reach out to them.
“Please stop trying. Instead, invest your time in something productive. This endeavor is a total waste of your valuable time, energy, and emotions.”
“I finally received my phone call, and I hope you do too! I started using Survey Junkie on June 14th, 2018. Since then, I have cashed out 9 times without any issues or verification. The funds were always in my PayPal account within 10 minutes. However, on December 20th, 2018, when I tried to cash out right before midnight, I received a message saying there was an issue and I needed to contact customer support (CX). I submitted a ticket and received an email at 1:59am on December 21st, confirming that my ticket had been received and they would contact me as soon as possible. When I checked my email at 5am that morning, I found a second email sent at 2:26am stating that I had pending points preventing me from redeeming. They reviewed those points and allowed me to redeem at that time. I went through the process of redeeming my points and was instructed to check my email for a verification code. The code worked, and I received my funds in my PayPal account within 10 minutes. In February and March, I successfully redeemed my funds without any issues using the verification codes sent to my email. However, on April 1st, 2019, when I attempted to redeem my points, there was an issue and I was asked to contact customer support again. Later that day, I tried cashing out my points again and found that I was locked out of my account. I was able to log in from my laptop, so I returned to my main computer, did some scans, cleaned it up, cleared my browser history, and was able to log back in. At 3:59am, I received an email apologizing for the problems with my account and stating that they would contact me by phone. I replied with the best time for them to contact me. On April 2nd, I received another email stating that I was added to the call queue, but it may take 5-7 business days. By the 11th, I hadn't heard from anyone, so I tried again with the same results. I never heard from them, but I wasn't discouraged because I am a member of many survey and pay-to-click sites, and I knew that many of them were verifying accounts and clearing out scammers who were cheating the system with bots. There was also a news story about someone running dozens of computers with bots, which prompted many companies to start clearing out manipulators. By the 19th, I still hadn't heard from anyone, so I tried again without contacting customer support. On the 20th, I tried again without contacting customer support. On the 23rd, I was disappointed that I couldn't do the surveys coming in, so I decided to contact customer support, this time under the verification category, to let them know that I was having no luck getting a phone call to verify my account for cashing out. I also added my phone number to the ticket in case I had made a mistake on my end. Once again, I received an email at 3:27pm apologizing for the problem and stating that I would be contacted. At 3:57pm on April 25th, I received the call. I cannot provide the number, but I can tell you that it came from California. A woman was on the line, and she didn't give her name or the company she was calling from. She simply said she was calling to verify my account so that my funds could be awarded. She asked basic verification questions about myself and my account. She then informed me that I would receive an email shortly confirming that my account was verified and I could redeem my points. At 4:29pm, I received the email stating, "Hi Paul, Congratulations, we were able to verify your account successfully. You can now continue with your redemption. Thank you for being a Survey Junkie member!" I redeemed my funds through PayPal. I hope this helps, and don't give up because they have thousands of members to get through.”
“There was no phone call. These scammers are absolutely infuriating. We should collectively take legal action against them and ensure they face the consequences, putting an end to their deceitful business practices.”

I've been waiting for a verification call for quite some time now. I currently have 2049 points that I am unable to redeem. It has been 5 days already, so I'm wondering if they will eventually pay me. Just to mention, I have received payments three times before on my PayPal account.
“How can I join the call queue? I'm experiencing some difficulties and would appreciate someone's assistance, please.”

“Lucas P. What questions do they ask when they call to verify that it's really you?”
“Based on my recent experience, I wouldn't anticipate receiving this payment. Despite being a customer for over a year and having made 5 successful cashouts, I suddenly found myself unable to withdraw funds without any explanation. I was instructed to reach out to support in order to verify my account, but it has been a month now and I have sent 10 customer service requests without receiving any response. I have repeatedly provided and confirmed my contact information, so it seems clear that this lack of response is deliberate.”
